We will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days. All complaints will be handled within a 7 day timescale from the date of acknowledgement. Should a complaint take any longer than this customers will be notified.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket", then "Checkout" and you will be forwarded to the secure PayPal site for order processing.
You may cancel a payment made on this website within seven days of making the order by sending an email quoting your order number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. All goods within the order must have been returned in good condition before the refund will be processed.
All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.
